Argentinian photographer Gaby Herbstein captured the essence of “La Diablada” (Dance of the Demons) in her recent series that documents the wonderful and popular celebration that takes place every year in the Northern Jujuy province, Argentina. Entire populations prepare year-round for this unique festival, born from the Andean re-signification of hispanic tradition, Aymara, such as carnival and religious allegory.
