Art Urbane

Born in 1887, Le Corbusier was a Swiss architect, designer, writer and painter and is famous for being one of the pioneer's of Modern Architecture or the International Style. He begun designing furniture in 1928 with his cousin, Pierre Jeanneret, and the result is now iconic, classic chair and sofa sets that have influenced furniture design since their inception.

Remarkably comfortable, Le Corbusier often referred to his pieces as “cushion baskets.” This is a premium reproduction featuring the design specifications of the original design.
