It was inspired by the tree branches outside my studio window on a winter morning. Dimensions are about 13" x 29" x 2", and the sections can be hung vertically as well. The piece is cleanable by gentle vacuuming through mesh (provided).

My process comprises of an eclectic mix of adding and subtracting: controlling the medium yet allowing the accidental. I work in layers, creating then obscuring , revealing then hiding.
Painting surfaces are constantly multi-layered and renewed. This process-orientated method of constant re- defining allows a subject’s essence to reveal itself in its own time.
